The Standards Behind Every Order

A Sourcing Partner, Not a Factory — and Why That Works for You

UNIFORM LEDGER (Jiujiang Moer Trading Co., Ltd.) is a trading and sourcing company. We don't own sewing machines. What we own — and what you buy from us — is a managed supply chain: a vetted network of specialist garment factories in China, held to the written standards on this page, supervised by our QC team, and consolidated into one accountable relationship.

What a Sourcing Partner Does That a Factory Won't

  1. The right factory for the product. Flame-resistant knitwear, ESD garments and chef jackets are made on different machines by different specialists. We match each order to the factory that actually owns that capability.
  2. Competitive tension. Volume programs are quoted across two or three qualified factories. You get the market price, not a single factory's price.
  3. Capacity insurance. When one factory's schedule fills, production moves to the next qualified line. Your delivery date never depends on one workshop's overtime.
  4. Small orders without punishment. Factories penalize small runs. Because we aggregate across the network, trial orders from 200 pcs per style are commercially normal for us.
  5. One English-speaking counterparty. One contract, one invoice, one QC standard, one shipment — regardless of how many factories touched your order.
  6. Risk sits with us. Payment terms, inspection failures, delays and claims are our problem to solve before they reach you.

Our Supplier Standards — Who Gets Into the Network

A factory joins our network only after passing all of the following. Factories are re-audited every 24 months, or after any major quality incident.

Our Production & Quality Standards — Every Order, Every Time

Our Compliance Standards — Certifications Handled End-to-End

EN ISO 20471 (high-visibility), EN ISO 11612 / NFPA 2112 (flame-resistant), EN 1149 (anti-static), EN 13034 / EN 14605 (chemical), EN 342/343 (cold & rain), IEC 61340-5-1 (ESD). We specify, source and verify testing with accredited laboratories; test reports ship with every certified lot.

Our rule: where a claim can't be backed by a valid lab report, we don't make the claim. If you ask for a standard we haven't tested, we say so — and quote the test cost and timeline instead of guessing.

Verify Everything on This Page

We would rather you check than trust:

  1. Ask for a sample QC report from a recent shipment (client details redacted).
  2. Ask for a partner-factory audit summary covering the category you buy.
  3. Ask for a test report for the certification relevant to your products.
  4. Order a production sample — 5–10 days; the sealed-sample process applies to it too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a factory?

No — we are a trading and sourcing company, and we say so on every proposal. Our value is the factory network, the written standards on this page, and our accountability for the outcome.

Why shouldn't I work with a factory directly?

You can — for single-product, high-volume, stable programs it can be the right choice. Buyers come to us when they need multiple product categories, small trial orders, cross-factory price competition, certified-compliance management, or one accountable partner instead of five factory relationships.

Who audits your factories?

Third-party audit bodies (BSCI / SEDEX / SMETA schemes) for social compliance; our own QC team for capability and ongoing production; accredited labs (SGS / Intertek / TÜV) for product certification. Each layer has its own documents, shareable under NDA.

What happens if bulk goods fail inspection?

Rework or remake at our direction and cost, or refund of the deposit — per the inspection clause in every contract. This risk-transfer is what justifies our margin, and we don't shy away from it.
